Karen joined i3 in July 2018 as the property manager of Homestead Station, the group’s first mixed-use, public-private partnership in South Florida. She brings valuable experience in government operations from her tenure on the City of Homestead’s Executive Management Team.

Karen graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and an area of concentration in Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys sports and boating and is very passionate about animal rescues.
