As Chief Investment Officer, Matt plays an integral role in i3's acquisitions, development and capital markets across all product types. Prior to joining i3, Matt worked as a developer at Allen Harrison Company, a privately held multifamily investment firm. At Allen Harrison Company, Matt oversaw numerous developments, secured debt and equity for new construction projects and sourced sites in Texas, California, and Arizona. 

Matt holds a Master of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Business Administration Finance from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He currently resides in Houston with his wife, Callee and daughters, Brooklyn and Tatum. They are active members of Houston’s First Baptist Church.
