Bill joined i3 in April 2019 as a Development Partner in the Miami office. His professional background includes 28-years of originating and portfolio managing commercial real estate loans for both large money center banks and community banks as well with institutional CMBS lenders with his primary footprint being in South Florida.  Much of his lending experience has involved ground up construction, commercial developments and includes all major CRE asset classes.

Bill was born and raised in Miami Shores, Fl attending Ransom Everglades High School in Coconut Grove and then earning an Economics degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Currently living on Miami Beach, Bill spends much of his free time playing golf at Indian Creek Country Club.
