i3 is a full-service commercial real estate firm focused on the acquisition and development of investment grade assets. Though based in Houston, we focus on primary markets across the Southeast and maintain a disciplined approach to identifying and aggregating a yield-based portfolio that is diversified geographically across multiple product sectors.
WHO WE ARE
Since the founding of i3 in 2014, the company has existed with a three-part mission. That mission is to extend our time, resources, and abilities to the community and others before compensating our employees and principles. It is i3’s primary aim to be firm in our faith and faithful in our resolve by serving God, serving others, and putting ourselves third (“i3”).

GIVING BACK
In order to achieve our primary aim, the first 10% of every revenue dollar received by i3 is set aside and strategically given back to community organization partners as well as directly to families or individuals in need. Below are some of the organizations we have or are currently supporting:
