As Senior Vice President for North Texas, Charlie oversees acquisitions, development, and capital formation across all asset classes. Prior to joining i3, he held senior development and investment roles at Weinreb Ventures, a Dallas-based family office, and at Tishman Capital Partners in New York, an alternative investment platform. Earlier in his career, he supported multifamily development at StreetLights Residential, a national mixed-use developer.

He holds an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a BSBA in Finance from Auburn  University. Charlie lives in Dallas with his wife, Mary, and their son, and they attend Park Cities Presbyterian Church.
