As Senior Associate, Jordan is involved in all aspects of i3's developments and acquisitions in the Central Texas markets, specializing in the sourcing and execution of high-value opportunities. His background includes experience in multifamily development across major Texas markets, where he contributed to the development of over 2,000 units. Jordan also gained valuable expertise in industrial and retail brokerage in South Louisiana, equipping him with a diverse understanding of various product types and markets.

​Jordan earned a bachelor's degree in finance from LSU. He and his wife, Abigail, are members of Lake Hills Church and enjoy spending their time on Lake Austin and traveling to new places.
