As Senior Vice President, Neil will oversee acquisitions, development, and capital formation across all asset classes in the Houston region, further strengthening i3’s presence and capabilities in one of the nation’s most dynamic markets.  Prior to joining i3, Neil held senior roles at Stillbrook Company, Hanover, Allen Harrison and Venterra Realty, and has extensive development experience in the multi-family market.

Neil holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.  Neil and his wife have four children are very active in their church.
