As Executive Vice President, John is responsible for the development and acquisition of commercial properties within i3’s portfolio, including Industrial Cold Storage, Medical Office, and Build-to-Suits. He also leads the Austin office, and is also involved with executive leadership within the company. John joined i3 in 2014, following work in industrial brokerage. John’s passion is to create true value in each project, for investors, tenants, and the surrounding community.

John, his wife, Emily, and their son, Ryan, live in Lakeway and attend Austin Ridge Bible Church. They enjoy outdoor activities together as a family, including evening walks with Ryan, salt water fishing, hunting, and golf.
