As Chief Operating Officer, Doug provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of i3 as well as plays an integral role in implementing the company's business and growth strategy. Doug joined i3 in July 2022 with over 25 years of industry experience in the office, multi-family, mixed-use and healthcare real estate markets. Doug has developed over 2.0 million square feet of office and multi-family properties with a value in excess of $800 million and has represented clients in Tenants lease/acquisition transactions valued at over $550 million.

Doug earned a Bachelors Degree from Texas A&M University and a MBA in Finance from the University of Houston. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas. He and his wife, Lisa, have three grown children and are members of Tallowood Baptist Church.
