As Chief Engineer, Mike is responsible for handling day-to-day building operations, inspections, and the overall maintenance of i3’s operating properties. Mike brings over 15 years of experience in high-rise office, multifamily, retail, as well as, industrial and medical office operations to our Property Management team. Additionally, Mike uses his years of experience to assist in design and construction oversight throughout the pre-development process to help insure the functionality of the asset.

 

Mike and his wife Melissa are from Houston and currently live there with their four children. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
