i3 has closed on a 12 acre rail-optional site in the City of Pasadena. The site will consist of a 96,000 SF cold-storage warehouse that will be subdivided to serve Houston Meat Distributors, with a 56,960 SF turn-key freezer and refrigeration facility, and the remaining 39,040 SF of insulated warehouse space will be for lease.  Additionally, the site holds a 2.4 acre pad site for a future 40,950 SF dry- storage user building.  The project is expected to break ground in May of 2020.
