i3 has entered into a joint venture with Hines for the development of a 70,000 SF  build to suit manufacturing facility for Empower Pharmacy. Started in 2008, Empower is one of the largest compounding pharmacies in United States. This facility represents Phase I of a proposed two-phase mini-campus for Empower. Phase II is projected to also be approximately 70,000 SF and will commence construction upon the completion of Phase I.
