As Chief Financial Officer, Jeremy manages all accounting and financial reporting functions for i3 and its subsidiaries. Jeremy brings over twelve years of real estate accounting experience, most recently serving as Senior Manager over Development Accounting for the Howard Hughes Corporation and as Controller for the PMRG Investment portfolio, which consisted of various commercial asset types with a total value of over $750 million. Jeremy began his career in the audit and advisory group at Deloitte & Touche.

Jeremy earned both his Master of Science Degree in Finance and Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of Second Baptist Church in Houston, coaches his children’s youth sports teams and is involved with several charitable organizations including Life House, Family Point Resources, and Junior Achievement. Jeremy resides in Houston with his wife, Melissa, and their two children.​​​
