i3 is under contract to develop a class A neighborhood commercial center in Cypress, Texas, a suburb of Houston. The property is strategically located in the renowned Cypress Fairbanks ISD and within 3 miles of over one million square feet of retail amenities. Located at the southwest corner of Telge Rd and Jarvis Rd, the project will contain 15,000 square feet of retail, 12,000 square feet of medical office and 4 pad sites for lease or sale. The project will be adjacent to a new 303 unit class A apartment community. The project is expected to break ground in the first quarter of 2019.
